Angola Project Presents Anniversary Gala
I am honored to be the masters of ceremony at this black tie event to help the Angolan Natives who were experiencing the troubling aftermath of a civil war. Art of Poetry Workshop
The workshop explores the fluid relationship between poetry and imagery. The interactive workshop will take participants on a journey between the different artforms looking at different ways to transition from one art form to another, creating and learning how to enhance each one along the way.

Celebrate Juneteenth & Father's Day at June's OPEN FARM DAY!
Our next Open Farm Day falls on a special weekend. We hope you will come out to join us on Saturday, June 19th from 10am-2pm, as we celebrate and honor both Juneteenth (Saturday, June 19th) and Father's Day (Sunday, June 20th).
Round the Bend Farm friend, Iva Brito will be joining us on Saturday, June 19th at 11:30am for a special story hour where she will share some of her favorite children's books that celebrate Black History. Iva will also be sharing some of her own poetry with us. Please join us on the lawn (and bring a blanket). This is free and open to all ages!
Sunday, June 20th is Father's Day and we would like to give special recognition to all of those father figures in our lives. We have lots of farm fresh goodies that can complete any celebratory cookouts... or come on out to the farm with that special someone and take a farm tour, shop for local farm goods and stay for a delicious made-to-order lunch, details below.

Writing Through The Elements
This is an opportunity to explore the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire, and Air in an interactive journey that connects us to mother nature, ourselves, and each other. We will incorporate mindfulness and connecting with nature through the art of poetry. Each week we will explore and dive into one of the four elements. No prior experience needed just an open mind, heart, and a willingness to fuel your creative writing in this four-week course.
